Uncle Mort and his Yorkshire based family first appeared in Tinniswood’s novel β€˜A Touch Of Daniel’.

In addition to radio adaptations, this earned them a run of four ΒιΆΉΤΌΕΔ TV series of β€˜I Didn't Know You Cared’ from 1975 to 1979.
