Kicking off this 6-part series, Tony goes in search of that very British creation, the tea-room.

Should it be milk or tea in first to make the very best cuppa? Armed with his guide, Tony's tea tour takes in the delights of Dorset. But what is it that writers think of in order establish real tea-room credibility for guide-readers, including the needs of visitors from abroad?
