While mobile booking is possible, we recommend using the desktop version of the booking system for ease of use.

Please note that you have 60 minutes to complete your order once you enter the booking system. Your seats will be released after this time if you do not complete your order.

1) Current subscribers should have been received their exclusive booking link by email on the morning of Wed 17 April 2024. You’ll first arrive at a calendar which lists all Thursday evening concerts at Glasgow City Halls. Click 'Book' on the first concert that you would like to attend.

2) Details of the full programme and a seating plan with available seats will then be displayed.

Note: If you have selected the wrong concert or wish to change the concert at this stage, please select ‘Click here to return to Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ SSO Concert Listing’

3) Select either ‘stalls’ or ‘balcony’ to see which seats are available to purchase in that area.

4) Hover over a seat to display the various ticket types and prices. You must then select a seat by clicking on a specific seat, and choose a ticket type. You can repeat this process to add as many seats as you wish for this specific concert. Complete this step by clicking ‘ADD TO BASKET’.

Note: Subscriptions discounts will be automatically applied in the basket, when purchasing more than four Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ SSO concerts and of the same Ticket Type and Price Band. Full prices will be displayed when selecting your seats.

5) To add more concerts to your order, from the basket, select ‘Click here to add another Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ SSO concert’ and repeat steps 2 to 4 above.

6) In your basket, review the concerts and seats you have chosen. If you’re happy with your selection, click the blue box near the bottom titled ‘Check Out’.

Note: If you wish to change a concert or the seats that you’ve selected, click the ‘cross’ to remove that concert from your booking, and select ‘click here to add another Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ SSO concert’

It is possible to choose different seats for each concert. However, subscription discounts will only be applied when purchasing more than four concerts, and of the same Ticket Type and Price Band.

7) You will then be asked to login to your account for the ‘Tickets Glasgow Online Booking System’. If you have previously created an account but can’t remember your password, follow the instructions to reset it. If you don’t have an account, simply ‘Register’ for one.

8) Please review your order details before booking and make sure your billing address if correct. There is a button titled 'Update your billing information', should you need to use it.

Before clicking on the blue 'Buy Now' button (bottom of the webpage), please 'tick' the small box relating to the box office transaction fee.

Finally, complete your payment details before submitting your order.

You will receive a confirmation email that includes details of your order.

If you have requested printed tickets these will be posted to you.
