Our virtual fringe - comedy, music and arts - no festival, no bother!

If a trip to Edinburgh is usually on the cards for you in August we’re here to fill the festival void with a look back at some highlights for you to enjoy without having to move from the couch. You're welcome.

Stage 1 - Rapper vs Poets

Way back in 2016 before Aberdeen MC, Ransom FA was competing in The Rap Game UK, he was on stage tackling the subject of the future as part of team rapper in our Rappers vs Poets show.

Representing the rappers in this round was Aberdeen's Ransom FA.

On the same stage the following year, The Honey Farm used their 3 minutes to reflect on love from each of their very different perspectives.

Stage 2 - Comedy

In 2018, we turned the spotlight on new Scottish comedy talent hosting a slam between old and new comedians with “The Young Team versus The OGs” battle.

One of the highlights was The Social’s Marjolein Robertson’s real talk about dating in Shetland.

Stage 3 - Drag Cabaret

Last year, it was the Scottish drag scene’s time to shine with The Social’s Drag Cabaret Live, which included Alice Rabbit, Andy Kist, and Miss Peaches. The big finish was long time contributor Dazza’s, drag debut, which went down a storm.

Stage 4 - New Artists

To finish up, fancy learning more about some of Scotland’s up and coming young artists?
