JUMA Kitchen

JUMA Kitchen was established in 2012 by head chef & founder, Philip Juma. As an English-Irish-Iraqi, Philip has been influenced by both Middle Eastern and modern European cuisine. Based in Bourough Market JUMA kitchen is bringing authentic and inspiring Iraqi food to the people of London. During the pandemic he has delivered hundreds of hot meals to NHS hospitals.

Taste Tibet

Taste Tibet is the food of Yeshi Jampa. Born and brought up in rural Tibet, Yeshi learned to cook nomadic food outdoors at a young age. He found his way to Oxford via India, picking up exciting new flavours along the way. Building from a home takeaway to a market stall to a fixed sight last year, Taste Tibet also supplied free meals to frontline workers during lockdown and now to vulnerable people in their community.

Greidys Wings and Strips

Jamie Reidy AKA ‘Greidy’s love of food started as a child growing up in multicultural Birmingham. He’s been a carpenter, bin man and HGV driver but now runs one of the city’s most exciting street food ventures. He has turned his love of fried chicken into a perfected art of marinating, brining, dredging and saucing chicken.
