Million pounds of work
Make a Difference is all about connecting you to help and support that is available in your area.
Local Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ radio teams have been looking at ways to help support people back to work as the UK heads into a recession for the first time in 11 years.
Million pounds of work and jobs is a Make a Difference campaign that aims to find millions of pounds worth of work in towns and cities across England.
Teams involved are sharing local job vacancies on air and online. They are asking business to get in touch with jobs that are available and then tallying up the wages on offer until they reach a target, for some that’s £1 million, for others £5 million or up-to £10m.
All jobs sent to the radio stations listed below are published to the station's Make a Difference page.
