In order to buy tickets and attend this event all ticketholders must agree to our terms and conditions below - please read them carefully.

The Ticket Factory are the official ticketing partner for Arena Birmingham (the “Venue”) and issues tickets on behalf of the 麻豆约拍 (the “Event Organiser”). The ticket is subject to The Ticket Factory’s full terms and conditions which can be found at . Tickets are sold subject to the terms and conditions of the Event Organiser and The Venue which may be changed at their discretion. The use of the ticket signifies agreement to the following conditions:

• The Organisers and / or the venue reserve the right to refuse admission or eject a ticket holder for behaviour likely to cause damage, injury, nuisance or annoyance or failure to comply with the reasonable requests of the management.
  
  
• The Organisers reserve the right to search all persons and personal property via bag searches upon entry. They will refuse admission to, or eject from the venue, any person who refuses to be searched by a steward or other person acting on their behalf.
  
  
• Backpacks, holdalls, luggage, oversized bags and cushions are not permitted at this event. Please note, bags larger than 35cm x 40cm x 19cm will NOT be permitted – there will be no exception.
  
  
• This event is for those aged 14 and over. Those under 14 will NOT be permitted into the arena.
  
  
• If you are UNDER 16 (AGED 14 and 15) you MUST be accompanied by an adult aged 18 and over in order to attend this event.
  
  
• If you are UNDER 16 (AGED 14 and 15) you will NOT be allowed to watch the show from the floor, so please ensure you have purchased seated tickets.

• Tickets should be retained at all times during the event.
  
  
• No food, alcohol or soft drinks may be taken into the venue.
  
  
• Alcohol will be on sale in the venue, however if you look under 25 please do not be offended if we ask you for proof of age - the only forms of ID acceptable will be a photo driving licence or a passport. Security patrols will also operate around the venue to prevent anybody under the age of 18 attempting to consume alcohol.
  
  
• The following articles are prohibited at this event: Glass, cans, flasks, aluminum bottles or thermoses of any kind including liquid products which can be consumed, Flammable liquids in any container, Laser pens / pointers, Video cameras and professional cameras, Laptop computers, IPads and Go Pro’s, Large / golf umbrellas, Knives or weapons of any kind, Illegal drugs or substances, Alcoholic beverages, Signs, banners or flags on poles, staffs or selfie sticks, Animals (except service animals to aid persons with disabilities), Air horns, Whistles, Cowbells or other noise-making distractions, Projectiles (Frisbees, beach balls, footballs etc), Aerosol cans (hairspray, deodorant etc ), Flares, Fireworks, confetti or glitter bombs or sprays, Balloons, Use of wheeled footwear, skateboards, Food, Pushchairs, Masks and Helmets, Large studs and chains and anything else which may ruin the enjoyment or viewing experience of others or may compromise public safety.
  
  
• Do not bring illegal drugs including former legal highs to the event, anyone found to be in possession of these may be denied entry or ejected from the event and handed over to the police. Sniffer dogs will be in operation.
  
  
• Tickets are security printed and individually barcoded.
  
  
• The Organisers reserve the right to refuse anyone entry to the venue at their discretion and any person who fails to comply with instructions from a steward or other person acting on behalf of the Organisers may be ejected. In addition anyone found to be causing damage to the venue, the venue infrastructure, causing harm to any other person at the venue, behaving in an illegal, anti-social or aggressive manner, appearing to be under the influence of drugs or in breach of these conditions will be ejected and may be reported to the police
  
  
• Unauthorised professional photography or use of professional recording equipment is prohibited and zoom lenses, audio visual or cinematographic devices will not be permitted on site
  
  
• 1Xtra Live will be filmed for recorded transmission on the 麻豆约拍’s networks and platforms, including internet streaming. By using their ticket, ticket- holders will be deemed to have consented to the use of their actual or simulated likeness in connection with the production, exhibition, advertising or exploitation of any film, video and/or audio recording of this event and/or any element thereof in any/all media throughout the world. They also agree to being filmed by police or security staff for the purposes of helping ensure the security of customers and preventing crime
  
  
• The arena is a NO SMOKING area, anyone found to be smoking will be ejected.
  
  
• The Organisers shall not be liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense, except in the case of death or personal injury if due to any negligent act or omission on their part.
  
  
• Persons attending the event are responsible for their own valuables. The 麻豆约拍 will not be liable for any loss or damage to personal property brought to the venue.
  
  
• No re-admission is permitted once ticket- holders have left the venue.
  
  
• The Organisers reserve the right to cancel this event at any stage, if deemed necessary in their opinion, or if circumstances arise outside their control. They also reserve the right to alter or change the programme and line-up without prior notification.
  
  
• Should the event be cancelled or the line-up changed, the Organisers will not be liable for the payment of any compensation or for any loss of money and / or expenses incurred. In the event of cancellation of the entire event only the face value of the ticket will be refunded via the ticket agent the tickets were purchased through.
  
  
• Tickets will not be exchanged nor money refunded unless an event is cancelled or postponed.
  
  
• Should this ticket be re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than the official ticket agent, it will become void and the holder may be refused entry to, or ejected from, the venue.
  
  
• Prolonged exposure to loud noise may cause damage to your hearing. Smoke effects, strobe lighting, lasers and loud noises may be used at this event.
  
  
• Your legal rights as a consumer are not affected by these terms and conditions.
