Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Scotland will broadcast full live coverage of all four away fixtures in Scotland's campaign to qualify for the European Championships.
First up is Craig Levein's debut as coach for a Scotland competitive fixture – the opening qualifier on 3 September in Lithuania.
The match at the Darius Girenas Stadium, in Kaunas, will be broadcast live on Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ One Scotland – kick-off is at 7.15pm.
Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Scotland will also bring live coverage as the national side attempts to pick up valuable points on their travels to the Czech Republic on 8 October, to Liechtenstein on 8 October 2011 and to Spain, reigning World and European champions, four days later.
The broadcaster also announced today renewed contracts with the Scottish Football Association (SFA) to provide live radio commentary of Scottish Cup matches and Scotland's home internationals for the next four years.
The radio contract complements the recently announced agreement with the SFA to screen a minimum of five live Scottish Cup games, including the final, and highlights of all home internationals.
Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Scotland has also renewed for a further three years its agreement to screen live four Co-operative Insurance Cup matches, including the final.
Ewan Angus, Head of Sport, Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Scotland, said: "We are delighted we will be able to show our audiences full live coverage of all the away games in the national team's campaign.
"Securing the rights for these vital fixtures together with the home international and domestic cup contracts underline our commitment to being a broadcaster of live football."
