Royal Ascot on Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Sport

Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Sport will provide extensive coverage of this year's Royal Ascot – the world's most famous flat race meeting, where the pinnacles of sport and fashion coincide.

Exclusive, live action from the five-day festival will commence on Tuesday 15 June at 1.45pm on Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Two.

Lead presenter Clare Balding will be joined by former five-time British champion jockey, Willie Carson.

Commentary on the runners and riders will be delivered by Jim McGrath, with expert analysis from Ian Bartlett, and former champion jockey, Kevin Darley.

Roving reporter Rishi Persad will provide reports from around the course while, in the betting ring, John Parrott will be joined by the Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ's betting expert, Gary Wiltshire, who will be on hand to give hints and tips on the market.

Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ presenter Suzi Perry and style writer James Sherwood assess each day's fashions – with looking good being as important as picking the winner for many Ascot racegoers.

Television coverage will begin at 1.45pm on Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Two on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, with Wednesday's coverage beginning at 2pm. Following each day's terrestrial coverage, viewers can catch the last race live on the Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Red Button. Coverage on Saturday 19 June begins at 2.20pm on Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Two.

UK users of the Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Sport website will also be able to watch all the big races of the festival at bbc.co.uk/racing. In addition, there will be daily photo galleries of the racing action and fashions, live updates, plus contributions from Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ pundits.
