Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Radio Cambridgeshire sets up shop at The Big Weekend, this Saturday and Sunday, at Parker's Piece, Cambridge.

As if Cambridge's free Big Weekend wasn't exciting enough, this year people can come along and meet some of their favourite Radio Cambridgeshire presenters and experience a Doctor Who extravaganza.

Inside the Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Cambridgeshire marquee a Doctor Who display of galactic proportions will unfold – with The TARDIS, a Dalek, an Ood and a Cyberman all present. Even K9 will be putting in an appearance!

Radio Cambridgeshire is also bringing along tons of 'techie toys' to demonstrate what it is like to work on the radio or TV.

Budding media stars will have the chance to discover their hidden talents – come along and try your hand at being a radio presenter, sports commentator and even a Look East TV reporter.

From noon, the Saturday Lunch show with Nigel Mitchell will come live from The Big Weekend and on Sunday, from 10.00am, join Radio Cambridgeshire's gardening goddess, Sue Dougan, and the CBeebies Dig in Van to discuss all things green fingered.

There will be free goodies and cooking demonstrations to entertain adults and children alike. All this and much more...
