The Super League Show returns to the Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ for a new season from this Sunday (8 February), promising a rich mix of action, analysis and features – plus a variety of ways to watch.
The programme will be broadcast first on Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ One in the north of England on Sunday at 2.25pm, and then repeated on Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Two across the UK later that night at 3.40am.
It will then be available on the Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ iPlayer for the next seven days, as well as online at bbc.co.uk/rugbyleague.
For the first time, the programme will also available via the red button from around 7.00pm each Sunday, depending on the demands of other Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ sports coverage.
The show will be on a continuous loop until the middle of the week. Iin order to view it go to a Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ channel, press the red button and follow the links to rugby league.
The series, broadcast each week from Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Leeds, will be presented by Harry Gration. He will be joined by regular studio pundit Robbie Paul of the Salford City Reds and other top names from the sport.
Commentator Dave Woods and reporter Tanya Arnold will help reflect the passion and excitement of the Engage Super League as the season progresses.
Richard Coventry of Televideo, the series producers of The Super League Show, said: "The programme will continue to bring viewers all the best action as well as in-depth features from the rugby league world. In addition to match highlights we will bring the programme closer to the viewers with live outside broadcasts from rugby league venues. We shall also report the latest news on and off the field, including a special feature on how the credit crunch will affect clubs, fans and the wider game."
Charles Runcie, executive producer for the Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ, added: "With The Super League Show now available via the red button and the Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ iPlayer there's no excuse for missing a show.
"Along with live Challenge Cup action throughout the season, our in-depth Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Local Radio coverage and the latest news and views online at bbc.co.uk/rugbyleague there's plenty for rugby league fans to enjoy on the Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ this season."
Rugby League is back on Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Radio Manchester from 6.00pm, Thursday 5 February, for a two-hour show as Jack Dearden, Phil Kinsella and Trevor Hunt bring listeners all the latest news.
