New co-host for 1Xtra Breakfast Show

1Xtra Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ announced today that Gemma Cairney will join the station to co-host the 1Xtra Breakfast Show.

Gemma will present her first show with Trevor Nelson on Monday (10 November 2008).

Gemma began her career working in fashion as a stylist before entering the world of TV and radio.

Gemma said: "I'm ecstatic to be joining; not only am I excited to imprint myself onto the station, but mostly I'm ecstatic to be sharing peanut butter on toast with Trevor Nelson every morning!"
