Μύ
Series stacking extends the catch-up availability window for individual episodes beyond seven days after their transmission, giving viewers the opportunity to catch up on multiple episodes, up to a maximum of 13.
Μύ
Simon Nelson, Controller of Multiplatform and Portfolio, Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Vision, says: "Series stacking will really make the unmissable, unmissable.
Μύ
"Now, you'll be able to join a series half way through following a friend's recommendation and catch up on all the previous episodes – or watch them all in one go over a weekend.
Μύ
"Series stacking marks a key development in our strategy to let audiences view our programmes whenever and wherever they want."

Notes to Editors
Μύ
1. The Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Trust granted the Executive conditional approval to offer "series stacking" in April 2007.
Μύ
2. In its approvals, the Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Trust set an annual quota for series stacking of no more than 15% of all television content offered on-demand. The quota is to be applied as an average throughout the year. This guideline is to be reviewed after 24 months.
Μύ
3. Series stacking applies only to the first run transmission of the individual episodes of a series on any Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ television public service.
Μύ
4. Stacking will first be introduced to the Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ's online streaming catch-up services – Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ iPlayer – and the Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ's programme websites.
Μύ
The feature will be made available for online downloads and within Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ iPlayer for TV platforms in due course.
