Hope Springs: Ronni Ancona & Sian Reeves all set for Scots drama

Ronni Ancona (The Big Impression, Ronni Ancona & Co) and Sian Reeves (Cutting It, Northern Lights, The Two Of Us) will star alongside Alex Kingston (Doctor Who, ER) in Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ One's vibrant new eight-part peak-time drama, Hope Springs.

Made through Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Scotland by Shed Productions, Hope Springs focuses on the fortunes of Ellie, Hannah, Josie and Shoo –
four fabulous ex-cons trying to go straight.

However, when their plans to start a new life in Barbados go awry, the girls find themselves in hiding in a remote Scottish village.

Other Hope Springs cast include Paul Higgins (The Last Enemy, The Thick Of It), Vinette Robinson (The Passion), Alec Newman (Reichenbach Falls) and Lorraine McIntosh (River City, My Name Is Joe).
