Brand, Kutcher and Corbett on Ross sofa
|
Tonight on Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ One's Friday Night With Jonathan Ross, comedy hero-turned-actor Russell Brand confirms he will be playing himself in the film version of his biography My Booky Wook.
Μύ
He says: "Michael Winterbottom's directing it. I'm playing me."
Μύ
Russell says he wants to settle down: "I want to have grand children, I work hard to avoid being alone in bed."
Μύ
He fancies Serena Williams: "When I met Serena Williams I thought I'd found the one, she was so powerful ... I thought act English, she'll like that. I invited her to my stand-up but she wouldn't give me her phone number.
Μύ
"I got her email address and wrote to her, but I've never heard from her. In America I need better chat-up techniques because I'm not famous."
Μύ
And he has problems getting into the United States: "Every time I go there I get stopped ... when customs found out I had a criminal record, every time into that special room."
Μύ
Hollywood heart throb Ashton Kutcher talks about his marriage to Demi Moore: "I've never had a relationship this long.
Μύ
" ... I'm a pretty emotional person in general. The last time I cried was 12 hours ago, saying goodbye to my wife before I came over here. I'm comfortable showing my emotion to her."
Μύ
And on whether they would act together in a film: "It would be easy for me and her but difficult for people to differentiate.
Μύ
"The tabloids have made our lives a soap opera in itself, people think they already know what the story is."
Μύ
He also reveals he's got webbed feet: "I have slightly webbed toes. When everything else is this good-looking, something has to give!"
Μύ
Ronnie Corbett denies the rumours that he might present Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ One's Strictly Come Dancing: "It would be lovely, but I'd need a shorter Tess Daly!"
Μύ
And The Courteeners perform live in the studio.
Μύ
