Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ increases its FM presence in Romania


The Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ has expanded its availability in Romania with the launch of two 24-hour FM relays in Sibiu and Constanta.

Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ 88.4FM in Sibiu and Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ 96.9FM in Constanta will broadcast Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ World Service news bulletins, sporting and current affairs programmes in Romanian and English 24-hours a day, seven days a week.

Ruxandra Obreja, Controller of Business Development, Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ World Service, said: "We already have loyal audiences listening on FM in Bucharest and Timisoara. Now audiences in Sibiu and Constanta can listen to Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ programmes and up-to-date news and analysis in crystal-clear FM quality sound."

Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ programmes in Romanian can be heard in both Sibiu and Constanta between 07.00 and 08.00, 14.00 and 15.00, 18.00 and 19.00 and 21.00 and 22.00. Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Romanian programmes will alternate with Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ programmes in English which will broadcast in the remaining times.
