Radio 1's Surgery show goes on holiday

Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Radio 1 has announced that The Radio 1 Surgery, the show that deals with all the questions that young people face, will be hosted by Annie Mac during Radio 1's Six Weeks Of Summer.

Six Weeks Of Summer sees the station come live each weekend from a different holiday hot spot and Annie's first Surgery show will be on Sunday 15 July 2007.

In the autumn, Radio 1 will announce a brand new host for the Surgery.

Letitia SD, the current host of the Surgery, presented her final show on Sunday 8 July.

Ben Cooper, Head of Programmes, Radio 1, said: "I wish Letitia all the best and thank her for her work at Radio 1.
