Murray Walker returns to mic for Five Live

Formula One's legendary voice Murray Walker is to commentate for Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Radio Five Live from the European Grand Prix in Germany on Sunday 22 July. This is Murray's first return to a UK commentary box since his retirement in 2001.

In an exclusive one-off for Five Live, Murray will also commentate on the qualifying session for the race on Saturday 21 July.

He will be working with the regular Five Live team of Maurice Hamilton in the commentary box and Holly Samos providing all the news from the pit lane. He is replacing David Croft whose baby is due that weekend.

Murray will also host a special Formula One edition of the Five Live 606 phone-in, live from the ±·ΓΌ°ω²ϊ³ά°ω²µ°ωΎ±²Τ²µ from 6 to 7pm on Saturday 21 July. Listeners can call or text their questions and comments.
