Saatchi & Saatchi's Kati Holloway to join Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Communications

The Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ has appointed Kati Holloway as Communications Project Manager, working with Head of Communications Sally Osman in the organisation's Marketing, Communications and Audiences (MC&A) team.

Kati, 29, currently Marketing and Corporate Communications Director for Saatchi & Saatchi UK, will be part of a central team developing the Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ's integrated communications strategy with key opinion formers as it begins the next Charter period.

The appointment within the MC&A team is part of the Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ's broader transformation to organise for rapid change in the media environment and in audience expectations.

Kati will play a key role in helping transform perceptions of the Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ from a traditional broadcasting institution to a modern creative multimedia organisation delivering public value, with particular focus on the run-up to the London Olympics and digital switchover in 2012.

In her role as Marketing Director of Saatchi & Saatchi UK, Kati had overall responsibility for Marketing and Corporate Communications, internal, external and event management, reporting directly to the Chairman and CEO.

She combined understanding of the agency's objectives with knowledge of media and social trends data to create unique, forward-looking communication strategies to reposition Saatchi & Saatchi as a thought leader and innovator in the industry.

She also led global PR launches for two new companies, including GUM@Saatchi, and managed two significant management changes.

Kati has had some experience of the Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ in recent years, managing the filming of the Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ documentary Inside Saatchi & Saatchi and the appearance of Saatchi & Saatchi in The Apprentice.

Prior to Saatchi & Saatchi, she was PR and Marketing Manager at Currenex, an online financial firm in the City; and is a graduate of the University of Kentucky, USA, and the University of Seville in Spain.
