John Pienaar, Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Radio Five Live's Chief Political Correspondent, and Lesley Ashmall, who has made a name as a roving reporter on Five Live, will be the new presenters of the network's Weekend News.

She will combine her reporting duties across the station in addition to her new role.

John Pienaar joined the Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ in 1992 as Political Correspondent, and also worked as Constitutional Affairs correspondent, reporting for all Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ news outlets and latterly dedicated to the Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Ten O'Clock News.
