Chris Evans to present weekend show on Radio 2

Chris Evans today signed a Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Radio 2 contract on stage at the Radio Festival in Edinburgh where he was in conversation with Five Live presenter and former Radio 1 Controller Matthew Bannister.

Chris joins Radio 2 in September to present a weekly Saturday show from 2.00 to 5.00pm.

Dermot O'Leary, who currently broadcasts on Saturday afternoons, remains with the network. Further details of schedule changes will be announced nearer the time.
