As England prepare to receive one of Australia's strongest-
ever cricket sides, Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Sport has secured the exclusive radio commentary
rights for England's tour to Australia in the winter of 2006/2007.

The deal, negotiated by Octagon, comprises of five Ashes
Tests and up to 15 one-day internationals against Australia and
New Zealand, all of which will be broadcast live on Test Match
Special on Radio 4 LW and the digital station Five Live Sports
Extra.

bbc.co.uk/cricket will have online audio streaming within
the UK for the first time ever for an Ashes tour.

The tour will be followed by the 2007 Cricket World
Cup in the West Indies, for which Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Radio already has exclusive radio
rights.
