Three aspiring unsigned singers go head to head in the final of the Â鶹ԼÅÄ Asian Network Unsung competition at Birmingham's Symphony Hall on Thursday.

The three finalists were picked from hundreds of entrants by a judging panel including Rishy Rich - the megastar producer responsible for hits with Jay Sean and for remixing Britney Spear's Toxic - and Adil Ray of the Asian Network to perform alongside established artists from across the Asian music industry.
Ìý
The overall winner will get a headstart into the music industry with the chance to createÌýtheir own portfolio, including a professional demo recording and photo session, to highlight theirÌýpotential as a music artist.

The finalists are:

Navin Kishore Kundra. Aged 20 from Coventry.
Ìý
Obsessed with music from an early age, Navin has been singing since the age of 14 despite having no formal training.
Ìý
He was born and bred in the UK, loves to sing in Hindi and also looks to use English and Punjabi in his music. Recently he's also started to compose and write his own songs.
Ìý
Sources of inspiration include Sonu Nigam, Michael Jackson, AR Rehman, The Rishi Rich Project and Raghav.

Navin's entry is a rendition of Feel by Robbie Williams.
Ìý
Robby Khela. Aged 22 from Slough.
Ìý
Born in Slough, Robby has grown up listening to pop, R'n'B, and Old Bollywood tracks from films like Kranti and Prem Rog.
Ìý
Recently graduated from studying English Literature at Brunel University, Robby had previously been part of a pop/R'n'B group for two years which didn't work out and he's now looking for a solo break into the industry.

Mumzy - Mumit Ahmed. Aged 19 from Walthamstow, London.
Ìý
Mumzy is a vocalist, writer, dancer and also a producer of his own music which takes in Asian, urban and international influences.
Ìý
He's been described as potentially an Asian or British Usher but with his own unique style.
Ìý
Mumzy's entry is a track called Jump Up, which he's produced and written himself.
Ìý
A clip of each finalist's performance is posted on bbc.co.uk/asianetwork to allow listeners to vote for their favourite performer via the website and mobile phone text.
Ìý
The entrant polling the highest number of votes will receive a trophy for being the Audience Favourite.
Ìý
There will also be a music workshop held in conjunction withÌýÂ鶹ԼÅÄ New Talent where the finalists will get performance tips from leading figures in the Asian music industry.
Ìý
From the final three, the overall winner will then be chosen on the night by the panel of judges.
