Chop chop! Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Comic Relief organisers invite all bushy Brummies to
a truly hair-raising event at Birmingham's Chamberlain Square between
12.30 and 2.30pm on Thursday 10 March.
In keeping with this year's Comic Relief's Big Hair and Beyond theme,
Spanish performance hairdressing troupe, Sienta la Cabeze, will be snipping
locks into more unusual styles than even David Beckham has had.
A top DJ wil provide musical entertainment, ensuring the crowd stamps
its feet while the scissors are out for volunteers to have everyday
objects incorporated into fantastic head sculptures.
The whole event, in aid of Comic Relief, will be filmed and broadcast
live on the Birmingham Big Screen during the performance.
Notes to Editors
Since its launch 20 years ago Comic Relief has raised over Β£337m for
