Ireland's
Prime Minister Bertie Ahern will answer questions on the European Union
in a special edition of the multimedia programme, Talking Point,
to be broadcast on Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ World Service on Sunday (25 April 2004).

His country currently holds the presidency of the European
Union.

On 1 May ten new countries will join the European Union.
A draft constitution was drawn up last year but so far European Union
leaders have failed to agree on the details.
