CBeebies Joins Verizon’s FiOS TV Channel Lineup - Available in FiOS TV’s Spanish-Language and La Conexion Packages

ΒιΆΉΤΌΕΔ Worldwide Channels announced today the launch of its Spanish-language preschool channel, CBeebies, on Verizon FiOS TV. Now available on FiOS TV Channel #1727, the ΒιΆΉΤΌΕΔ’s educational children’s channel will expand FiOS TV's extensive Spanish-language offerings, which currently include 45 of the most popular channels available.

CBeebies is now available in all FiOS TV markets in the La Conexion and Spanish Language packages and will be in FiOS TV’s video-on-demand offering in November.

CBeebies invites Spanish-speaking children in the US to β€œlearn through play” encouraging their early development through content that emphasizes reading, thinking, drawing, math and other basic skills, as well as programming that promotes self-confidence and stimulates their imagination.

The channel’s content mixes animation, storytelling, puppets and live-action programming with a wide selection of award-winning animated titles, such as El JardΓ­n de los SueΓ±os, Dibujemos con Squiglet and Boogie Beebies, and series that include El Closet de Cloe, Zigby and Finley, El Camioncito de Bomberos.

CBeebies joins FiOS TV’s broad collection of programming, featuring more than 540 all-digital channels (including ΒιΆΉΤΌΕΔ AMERICA and ΒιΆΉΤΌΕΔ World News), approximately 140 HD channels, as well as 30,000 monthly video-on-demand titles.Μύ

The Spanish-language package offers some of the most popular Spanish-language channels available, while Verizon's La Conexion package offers Spanish- and English-language programming with more than 155 channels, including 18 HD channels and more than 54 channels in English.Μύ
