Rob Leach to join Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Worldwide Australia as Business Development and Strategy Director

Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Worldwide Australia has appointed Rob Leach in the new role of Business Development and Strategy Director for Australia and New Zealand. Leach will join the company on 18th April 2011.

In this newly created role, he will be responsible for the development and implementation of key growth strategies along with the identification of new business opportunities that fit with Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Worldwide’s global objectives. Leach will be report to Tony Iffland, General Manager, Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Worldwide Australia.

Tony Iffland said, "We are delighted to have Rob join the Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Worldwide Australia team at such a critical time as we seek to drive more opportunity and growth in this key market."

Leach was most recently Head of MCN Connect where he was responsible for the strategy and development of all digital media products and commercial models on and off the subscription television platform. Prior to this, he was the Head of Interactive Services for Sky Television in the UK, moving to Australia from the UK in October 2006.

He is on the Australian IAB Measurement Council and the AIMIA Video Industry Group.
