Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Worldwide today announced that Neil Chugani will step down as Chief Financial Officer with immediate effect, following his decision to join Shine Group, the independent production company. Philip Vincent, currently Deputy CFO at Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Worldwide, will become acting Chief Financial Officer.
Chugani, who will become CFO at Shine, joined Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Worldwide in his current role in 2007. Since then he has led a comprehensive transformation of the finance function and its role within the business, as well as a range of corporate activity including the successful acquisition of 2 entertain from the administrators of Woolworths.
Philip Vincent joined Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Worldwide in 2000, having joined the Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ in 1998, and was appointed Deputy CFO earlier this year. His previous positions at Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Worldwide included Group Finance Director, Broadcast and Digital and Finance Director of Channels.
John Smith, Chief Executive of Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Worldwide, said: "Neil has been an important member of the senior team at Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Worldwide.
