Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Worldwide has today announced a further line-up of licensees supporting the rocking new CBeebies commission, ZingZillas. Eight more industry names have now been signed to the brand, securing ZingZillas product in categories including wheeled toys and bedding.

The new musical show, which was produced in-house by CBeebies for the Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ*, comprises 52 x 22 minute episodes which swung onto CBeebies on 5th April, 2010. Set to get pre-schoolers across the country rocking, jumping and jiving to a new beat, the show has already secured 14 licensees, fronted by Vivid Imaginations who have been granted the master toy licence.

Richard Hollis, Head of UK Licensing for Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Worldwide Children's and Licensing says: "We are confident that ZingZillas is the next big thing in pre-school entertainment, and the unprecedented response we’ve had to the brand confirms the industry support for this."

Newly appointed licensees for ZingZillas include Martin Yaffe which has come onboard to produce a range of wheeled toys for the brand. Managing Director for Martin Yaffe International, Ronnie Yaffe, commented: "We are thrilled to have been appointed this licence for ZingZillas which is a hugely exciting new property in the pre-school licensing world."

Character World has also been signed to produce ZingZillas bedding ranges, whilst DNC will provide a range of lunchware and melamine items. Socks will be developed by Samuel Eden, and Trademark Collections has been granted a licence to manufacture a range of children’s bags and umbrellas. Seasonal confectionary for the brand will be produced by Bon Bon Buddies, and Danilo will provide greetings cards and gift-wrap lines for the brand. Finally, Worlds Apart have been signed to make a range of furniture based on the show.

Along with product from previously announced licensees, the newly agreed ranges are set to hit be in retailers from Autumn/Winter, 2010.
