Sing-along with Lee Mead and 3rd & Bird at London Zoo this Easter Holiday

3rd & Bird, the new hit show on CBeebies produced by Little Airplane Productions, is calling children and parents to join together for a harmonious Easter sing-along with lead character Muffin, Lee Mead and whistling champion, Michael Barimo, at London Zoo on Sunday 11th April.

Star of stage and TV, Lee Mead, will be hosting a sing-along session on the day at 12.15pm in the zoo's Mappin Pavilion building, located next to Bear Mountain.

As part of the sing-along session Lee will teach those in attendance how to 'Do the Muffin' like the show's cutest character and will share his expertise on how to sing as well as all the characters in the 3rd & Bird gang.Β

Lee will be joined on the day by co-host, Michael Barimo - extraordinary resident bird-whistler on 3rd & Bird, world musical whistling champion and a trained opera singer.

In addition to the singing activities on offer, there will be a dedicated play area where children can take part in fun games and activities. They’ll also be the opportunity to get up close and personal with the furry stars of the show as Fisher-Price will be showcasing their latest toy range based on the characters that live in the great branches of the 3rd & Bird tree.

Following the sing-along session, visitors will also receive a guided tour of the zoo's brand new Blackburn Pavilion Aviary, where they will get the opportunity to interact with the tropical birds housed there, learn about different species and spot real-life birds from the show.Β

Attendance to the 3rd & Bird sing-along is free to visitors of London Zoo but spaces do need to be reserved in advance by e-mailing singlikeabird@nelsonbostock.com. After making your space reservation you will receive a confirmation e-mail.

To buy tickets for London Zoo visit (£18 for adults, £15 for children – deals available for advance tickets and family passes). Spaces at the 3rd & Bird sing-along are limited.
