Sky at Night Magazine launches Apollo 11 collectors' edition

Sky at Night Magazine is marking the 40th anniversary of the Apollo 11 Moon landing with a 116-page collectors' edition: Man on the Moon.

On sale now exclusively at WH Smith, with a newsstand price of Β£5.99, the A4 size, perfect-bound title has a print run of 20,000.

Featuring a detailed chronology of the historic Moon landing, an exclusive interview with Neil Armstrong by his biographer James R Hansen, crew biographies, and an examination of the Saturn V rocket, this special issue explains the story of Neil Armstrong’s first step, and examines the technology that made it possible.

Plus picture sections with over 40 pages of rarely seen images, illustrate all aspects of the mission, from construction and training to the return to Earth.
