Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Worldwide is heading to the two big trade buying events of 2009, Spring Fair and Toy Fair, with a host of new brands and products. The mighty licensor has made it easy to find all Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ licensed merchandise in one place at Spring Fair with a dedicated stand to promote and exhibit products from key licensees. At Toy Fair, Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Worldwide will be supporting all existing licensees and scoping the market for new opportunities for their new brands.

Top toy license In the Night Garden promises further success into 2009 with a major presence across a range of licensees at January's Toy Fair and branded presence at the main entrance to the show. New to launch this year is the In the Night Garden Crayola arts and crafts range from Vivid Imaginations and nursery toys from Golden Bear.

The brand also dominates the outdoor market with furniture and outdoor play items from Martin Yaffe, wooden toys from Danjam and outdoor range and playtents from Worlds Apart. Master toy licensee Hasbro is set to exhibit their Ninky Nonk hero train, Sleepy Time Igglepiggle, Dressy Upsy Daisy, Switch a Story & On the GoWorld playmat toys. The In the Night Garden theme continues with puzzles from Ravensburger and art/craft/games from Flair.

Still very much at the top of everyone's wishlist and showing no signs of slowing down in 2009 is Doctor Who, returning with some fantastic new lines from Character Options including "collect and build" figures, Time Squad collectible figures, further classic figures and the Doctor's Book of Impossible Things. Doctor Who games are a well covered category with the recent launch of a brand new DVD game from Screenlife, joining Winning Moves' Top Trumps and Flair's Uno and Etch a Sketch games. Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Worldwide will also be presenting their new 'monsters' style guide – a creative focussing on perennially popular 'monster' characters from the show which will offer more opportunity for exciting product development for key licensees across 2009.

Spring Fair 2009
The Spring Fair stand at 5C17, Hall 5, will be staffed by key members of the newly restructured and renamed Children's and Licensing team in a bid to maximise licensing opportunities for adult brands such as Top Gear, Planet Earth and Doctor Who and maintain existing popular children's brands such as In the Night Garden, Charlie and Lola and Teletubbies. The team will also be on hand to discuss new licensing projects such as Lonely Planet, Strictly Come Dancing and Harry and Toto.

Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Worldwide's stand will have three large display areas to showcase key licensed product covering the award-winning In the Night Garden, Charlie and Lola and Top Gear. Nicely timed for the launch of the third series of Primeval, and maintaining ongoing success of Doctor Who in 2009, both brands will take over a dedicated display area on the stand.
The hugely successful Strictly Come Dancing is a new addition to Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Worldwide's licensed product portfolio and a central themed area on the stand is set to showcase the brand.

Top Gear is a big draw at this year's Fair with master toy licensee Wow! Stuff exhibiting their new range of gifts for dads and lads. The Wow! Stuff stand is to host a branded Top Gear area showcasing new products such as remote control vehicles, novelty gifts andΜύ desktop toys, all due to hit retailers in Autumn 09. The Top Gear range is extended with calendars from Danilo, stationery and tableware from DNC and Top Trumps from Winning Moves.

Another focus of Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Worldwide's adult brands is Torchwood with new licensee Get Retro exhibiting its range of 5 inch action figures at the Fair.

Charlie and Lola will be given star treatment with the launch of Golden Bear's new Bouncing Lola toy, plus a comprehensive range of other plush, games and wooden toys. Wild and Wolf and Talking Tables will also be present at the Fair with their full range of Charlie and Lola giftware and paper partyware.
