Worldwide Asia Pacific and KTH worldwide sign major Fimbles licensing
agreement in Korea
Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ
Worldwide has signed an exclusive three-year licensing agreement
with KTH, Korea's telecommunication giant, to develop an extensive
range of high quality children's products for Fimbles. The range
includes apparel and fashion items, children's stationery, computer
accessories, as well as more traditional games and puzzles, toiletries,
confectionery and novelty items.

Worldwide Asia Pacific, Marketing Director, Jill Bryant, who brokered
the deal, commented, "The Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ makes significant investment
in children's programming and our partnership with KTH will be valuable
in developing Fimbles into a highly acclaimed children's property
in Korea, following in the groundbreaking path of Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ's brand phenomenon
Teletubbies.
The
launch will be driven by an above and below-the-line advertising
campaign, with television, print, Internet and sponsored events
to support the product rollout. In addition, a high impact public
relations and events programme will be implemented to build brand
awareness and stimulate consumer demand.
Created
especially for the highly imaginative world of 2-4 year olds, Fimbles
is one of the Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ's brand success stories, with sales to territories
around the world including Spain, Korea, Australia, Norway, France,
Hong Kong, Canada, South Africa, Ireland, Portugal, Singapore, New
Zealand, England.
