Fab Four to Hit the US!
Tweenies
To Join US TV Channel Noggin
Making
its first ever US appearance, Tweenies is set for US stardom, as
Milo, Bella, Jake and Fizz become the next big household names across
America. The Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ's pre-school hit series has been licensed to US
cable channel Noggin in a deal brokered by the Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Sales Company
in New York.
Noggin,
the commercial free educational TV network from Nickelodeon, has
taken an initial 50 episodes of the series. Tweenies will be added
to Noggin's schedule and will be shown twice daily in over 30 million
homes beginning in April 2003.

Tweenies
has been licensed, by Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Worldwide, to nearly 50 countries and
territories, including Germany, Korea, France, Japan, Thailand,
Ukraine, Slovakia and Australia, and has been reversioned in several
languages. When airing on Noggin, the Tweenies will be re-voiced
with American actors.
Tweenies
is targeted at three to five-year-olds and encourages children to
learn through entertainment and creative play. Each episode focuses
on the adventures of the four brightly coloured Tweenies - Bella,
Milo, Fizz and Jake, along with Doodles the dog - as they take on
a magical and exciting journey of discovery where real life and
fantasy come together and every day is a new adventure.
