Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ PRIME presents the Top of the Pops Awards 2002


The Top of the Pops Awards returns to Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ PRIME this November, with a star-studded cast planned for the 2002 show.


The live Awards show, which is being held at the UK Manchester Evening News Arena for the second year running, will take place on Friday 29th November 2002 and will be shown on Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ PRIME at 21:00 CET on Saturday 30th November 2002.


Moby, Ms Dynamite, Kylie Minogue, Will Young, Gareth Gates and Craig David are the first acts confirmed for this year, and a host of other international stars will be announced over the coming weeks. This year's Awards are sure to attract millions of viewers from around the world.


A total of twelve of the biggest stars from around the globe will be performing, including two special collaborations that will be kept a closely guarded secret until the night. The categories include Top Pop Act, Top Rock Act, Top Rn'B Act, Top Dance Act and Top Newcomer as well as Top Tour, Top Album and Top Single.


Nominations for each of the categories will be announced on 1 November, after which Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ PRIME viewers can vote for their favourites acts via the website .
