In a quest to discover the nation's favourite dishes, Antony Worrall Thompson, popular chef-presenter of the Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ series Food and Drink, teamed up with the Radio Times and Good Food Magazine to find out which recipes really make our mouths water. From Steak and Kidney Pudding to Toad in the Hole and from Salad NiΓ§oise to Bouillabaisse, the results constitute an inspirational collection of recipes.


Viewers and readers voted in three different polls to find our 'Favourite Holiday Dishes' the 'Best of British' and our comfort-food 'Classics'. The top ten recipes from each poll are included in the book, together with 70 of Antony's own favourite dishes from the Food and Drink TV series.
