World now available on Turun Kaapelitelevisio Oy
Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ
World, the Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ's 24-hour international news and information television
channel, has just signed an agreement with Turun Kaapelitelevisio
Oy in Turku, Finland for distribution on their three systems, making
the channel available in a total of 66,000 new homes in the region.
Since
March 18th the Finnish cable operator Turun Kaapelitelevisio Oy
has been offering Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ World to its customers located in Turku, Kaarina,
Paimio, Piikkio, Lieto and Loimaa.
"This
is a very exciting development for Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ World in Finland. Turku is
a key city and we are very pleased to have partnered up with Turun
Kaapelitelevisio Oy enabling us to add to our existing presence
in Finland, reaching a greater proportion of its population than
ever before," said Bob De Stefanis, Network Development Manager,
Europe, Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ World.
Commenting
on the addition of Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ World to their network, Heikki Painilainen,
Turun Kaapelitelevisio Oy's Managing Director said: "We are

network, especially now that we have launched our digital services.
It has been one of the most requested channels by our subscribers."
