He is also the author of the award-winning Easy Family Dishes: A Memoir with Recipes. Ken is the director of Noble House Leisure Limited which includes the Yellow River Cafes and other restaurants. He lives in London, Paris and south-west France and frequently travels back to Bangkok to act as guest chef at the Oriental.
