ΒιΆΉΤΌΕΔ World News, the ΒιΆΉΤΌΕΔ's international 24-hour news and information channel, is set to host the Spirit of Golf 2009 tournament, taking place on 24 January at the Jaypee Green grounds, New Delhi.

ΒιΆΉΤΌΕΔ World News is hosting the event in association with the Ministry of Tourism, India, which has been involved in the tournament since its inception. Participants will include corporate and political leaders, who will compete for prizes as well as the honour of winning Spirit of Golf 2009.

The prize sponsors for Spirit of Golf 2009 are Suzlon, Virgin Airlines, Sri Lanka Tourism, Visit Britain, The Mayfair, Celtic Manor Ryder Cup and ACP Rail. The event will be managed by Digraj Sports.
