Heart Attacks

Accidents and heart attacks account for a high proportion of the total number of deaths in the UK each year

Heart and circulatory disease is the UKs biggest killer. It accounts for over 300,000 deaths each year.

In the UK, someone has a heart attack every two minutes, and half of those who have heart attacks, die before they reach hospital.

If an accident happened at home or work, would you know what to do?

St John ambulance provide many different first aid courses and training in your area.

In as little as three hours, by signing up to one of their courses, you could gain vital life-saving skills, so that in the event of an emergency you will know what to do andΜύ have the confidence to help.

St John ambulance are offering courses in health and safety and first aid for the work place and at home.
