The Monday Night Sport team continue their Olympic dream by doing some long jump with John Anderson in Corby.

This is the third part of the MNS Olympics - previously Jon excelled in the art of hurdling and took full points. Tim Yarnall was the best in Javelin throwing but who would be jump furthest in the long jump?

John Anderson is probably best known as the ref in TV show Gladiators, but he is mainly a top athletics coach - he has coached athletes for the Commonwealth Games, European Championships, Olympic Games and World Championships was their guide.

The long jump is potentially a technical event and to be a good jumper it is important to know what you are doing.

Once again, John Anderson and 110 metre hurdler and former decathlete William Sharman, took them through all the technical aspects of the event and also made sure that the boys had a practice run or two;
