Monday Night Sport v Athletics

The Monday Night Sport team go to the Olympics starting off with some track and field work at Corby.

John Anderson is probably best known as the referee in TV show Gladiators, but he's mainly a top athletics coach. He's coached athletes for the Commonwealth Games, European Championships, World Championships and Olympic Games.

John met the boys in Corby to run through three disciplines - This is the first part of their work with John.

First up the hurdles - and not only did they have one of the country's top coaches giving them his expertise, they also had William Sharman; one of the country's best 110 hurdlers. So rather than messing around, they took it really seriously... to begin with at least!
