I know it's a simple question but I thought I'd take my time,
To put a few words together and then try and make them rhyme! If it's dessert you're after try some of these
But if you really want an answer, wait while I tease! I like crumble and custard and ice cream in a pot!
I don't mind trifle with sherry and banoffee pie that's hot. I like cheese and biscuits with green and red grapes!
I'd take fruit any time even the odd shapes. Apple pie is great and it goes well with cream!
But don't read my mind, it's just gone obscene! Frankly I'll try anything once, whatever takes my eye,
Whether it's a tart, a tort or just a blueberry pie! You can even have a nibble, a bite or two,
Of my strawberry cheesecake or pastry chou! But I like them all so I don't want to offend,
'Cause to single one out would be a lie, a pretend! So there you have it, a list of the core!
