Bright Shining Star

As the curtain closes on God's natural light.
And his day bright theatre draws to a close.
Shall his dusk sermon enters blanket night.
And the power of vibrant darkness grows.

Across violet horizons sunsets will fall.
I lay in wait for his vesper tine art flow.
I weep with emotion in wonder of it all.
For in the sky a thousand diamonds glow.

His midnight canvas is rich in a monotone hue.
I gaze in wonder with each master brush stroke.
A vision of diamond angel glitters in view.
I am in awe of the beauty that a genius awoke.

For each diamond sparkle in view an angel.
Those millions glitter bright in velvet night.
A pure white truth is to abandon my hell.
A bright shining star burns high in sight.

He has captured your presence in brightness.
For so long in darkness I have travelled far.
Her beauty shall be reminded of darkness.
