It may be the final weekend of the Premier League season, but there's still lots to look forward to.

We'll finally find out whether Manchester City will lift the Premier League trophy for the fourth season in a row - or whether they slip up and hand the crown to Arsenal.

It's also Jurgen Klopp's last game in charge of the Reds before he steps down as Liverpool manager.

Since Klopp's arrival on Merseyside nine years ago, he's had a huge impact on the club and has become a favourite with fans - here are some of his most memorable moments at Liverpool.

2015 - Klopp becomes Liverpool manager

Jurgen Klopp was unveiled as the new manager of Liverpool FC during a press conference at Anfield in October 2015.

It was Klopp's first time managing in England, having arrived from the Bundesliga where he had spent seven years in charge of German club Borussia Dortmund.

2019 - Liverpool win Champions League

After becoming manager, Klopp soon started making a positive impression with both players and fans.

However, it took nearly four years for the German to win his first trophy with the club.

And Liverpool did it in style - beating Tottenham Hotspur 2-0 in the 2019 Champions League final.

2020 - Liverpool crowned Premier League Champions

Liverpool and Klopp didn't have long to wait for their next pieces of silverware.

The 2019/2020 season saw Liverpool win the Fifa Club World Cup, the Uefa Super Cup AND the Premier League trophy.

It was the first time in 30 years that Liverpool had been crowned champions of England.

2022 - Liverpool win the FA Cup

The 2021/2022 season saw Liverpool overcome Chelsea in penalty shootouts in two big finals.

They first beat the west London side 11-10 in a thrilling penalty shootout to lift the EFL Cup in February 2022, before again winning against Chelsea on spot kicks in May to lift the FA Cup.

2024 - League Cup and end of an era

In January 2024, Klopp announced he would be stepping down as manager at the end of the season and his final trophy with the club came a month later, as Liverpool lifted the League Cup.

In his nine years as boss, Klopp has secured his status as a Liverpool legend - as fans prepare to say goodbye and thank you to him for one last time this weekend.
