Kidscape and Beatbullying are two charities aimed at preventing bullying and child abuse.

Both offer advice for victims of bullying and their parents, teachers and carers.

ChildLine is a free, 24-hour helpline for children and young people in the UK.

You can call on 0800 1111 about any problem, at any time, day or night. It is completely confidential.

NSPCC stands for the National Society of Prevention of Cruelty to Children.

The NSPCC has a free 24-hour helpline for anyone who's at risk or is worried about any other children who are at risk. It is 0808 800 5000.

The Samaritans provides confidential support for anyone in crisis. You can also call them 24 hours a day on 116 123.

Specially trained volunteers will listen without judging you or telling you what to do.
