Divers searching for Lucy Charles have found a body in the River Dee
Police divers have found a body in a river during the search for a woman who went missing before Christmas.
Lucy Charles, 39, was last seen on Station Road, Bangor-on-Dee, Wrexham county, on 22 December.
Officers from North Wales Police found some of her belongings on the banks of the River Dee, close to the Severn Trent Water sewage works, last week.
Ch Insp Stephen Roberts said formal identification was yet to take place, but Lucy's family had been informed.
The coroner has also been informed.
