Ice warnings are in force across parts of north and mid Wales on Wednesday morning.

The Met Office has issued a yellow weather warning running until 10:00 GMT which covers parts of Conwy, Denbighshire, Flintshire, Gwynedd, Wrexham and Powys.

Injuries from slips and falls on icy surfaces are expected, the forecasters warned.

Untreated roads, pavements and cycle paths may pose a risk of icy patches.
