Disability benefit change concern after inquiry

An inquiry led by Baroness Tanni Grey-Thompson has found that thousands of disabled people in Wales stand to lose out under proposed changes to the benefits system.

Wales has the highest percentage of disability related benefit claimants in the UK.

But the Department for Work and Pensions says the report is highly selective and no-one will lose cash when universal credit is introduced.
