Teenager charged over sex assault in Aberdeen city centre

An 18-year-old man has been charged in connection with a sexual assault in Aberdeen city centre.

Police launched an investigation after a 22-year-old woman was attacked near The Green, off Union Street, between 03:00 and 04:00 on Sunday.

The man is expected to appear at Aberdeen Sheriff Court on Tuesday.
